| 13 | 7 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | |
| 14 | 8 | SECTION 1. Section 21.067, Transportation Code, is amended | |
| 15 | 9 | to read as follows: | |
| 16 | 10 | Sec. 21.067. TEXAS AIRPORT DIRECTORY. (a) The department | |
| 17 | 11 | may: | |
| 18 | 12 | (1) issue the Texas Airport Directory; | |
| 19 | 13 | (2) sell advertising in the directory; and | |
| 20 | 14 | (3) advertise the [sale of the] directory in other | |
| 21 | 15 | publications. | |
| 22 | 16 | (b) The department may not [shall] charge a fee [not less | |
| 23 | 17 | than $5] for furnishing the Texas Airport Directory. | |
| 24 | 18 | (c) The department is not required to issue more than 110 | |
| 25 | 19 | percent of the number of Texas Airport Directories issued in the | |
| 26 | 20 | preceding state fiscal year. | |
| 27 | 21 | SECTION 2. Section 21.004, Transportation Code, is | |
| 28 | 22 | repealed. | |
| 29 | 23 | SECTION 3. This Act takes effect September 1, 2015. | |
