| 11 | 11 | (c) Except as otherwise provided by this code, money in the | |
| 12 | 12 | state highway fund that is not described by Subsection (a) may be | |
| 13 | 13 | used only to improve the state highway system. | |
| 14 | 14 | SECTION 2. Section 222.002, Transportation Code, is | |
| 15 | 15 | repealed. | |
| 16 | 16 | SECTION 3. This Act takes effect September 1, 2017. |
