 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
 AN ACT
 relating to Internet access to certain district court family
 dockets.
 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
 SECTION 1.  Section 24.408, Government Code, is amended by
 adding Subsection (c) to read as follows:
 (c)  The court must provide online Internet access to the
 family court docket on a website maintained by the court.
 SECTION 2.  Section 24.410, Government Code, is amended by
 adding Subsection (c) to read as follows:
 (c)  The court must provide online Internet access to the
 family court docket on a website maintained by the court.
 SECTION 3.  Section 24.630, Government Code, is amended to
 read as follows:
 Sec. 24.630.  322ND JUDICIAL DISTRICT (TARRANT COUNTY). (a)
 The 322nd Judicial District is composed of Tarrant County.
 (b)  The court must provide online Internet access to the
 family court docket on a website maintained by the court.
 SECTION 4.  Section 24.632, Government Code, is amended to
 read as follows:
 Sec. 24.632.  324TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT (TARRANT COUNTY). (a)
 The 324th Judicial District is composed of Tarrant County.
 (b)  The court must provide online Internet access to the
 family court docket on a website maintained by the court.
 SECTION 5.  Section 24.633, Government Code, is amended to
 read as follows:
 Sec. 24.633.  325TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT (TARRANT COUNTY). (a)
 The 325th Judicial District is composed of Tarrant County.
 (b)  The court must provide online Internet access to the
 family court docket on a website maintained by the court.
 SECTION 6.  Section 24.639, Government Code, is amended to
 read as follows:
 Sec. 24.639.  360TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT (TARRANT COUNTY). (a)
 The 360th Judicial District is composed of Tarrant County.
 (b)  The court must provide online Internet access to the
 family court docket on a website maintained by the court.
 SECTION 7.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2015.
