This bill would amend the Occupations Code to repeal the provision defining guard dog trainers as guard dog companies and the provisions requiring registration of individual guard dog trainers. The bill would take effect September 1, 2015.   Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
