| 20 | 20 | | Hockey League All-Star Game, the Major League Baseball All-Star |

| 41 | 41 | | (5) "Site selection organization" means: |

| 42 | 42 | | (A) the National Football League, the National |
|---|
| 43 | 43 | | Collegiate Athletic Association, the National Basketball |
|---|
| 44 | 44 | | Association, the National Hockey League, Major League Baseball, the |
|---|
| 45 | 45 | | Federation Internationale de Football Association (FIFA), the |
|---|
| 46 | 46 | | International World Games Association, the Professional Rodeo |
|---|
| 47 | 47 | | Cowboys Association, or the United States Olympic Committee; |
|---|
| 48 | 48 | | (B) the national governing body of a sport that |
|---|
| 49 | 49 | | is recognized by the United States Olympic Committee, the National |
|---|
| 50 | 50 | | Thoroughbred Racing Association, Formula One Management Limited, |
|---|
| 51 | 51 | | or the Federation Internationale de l'Automobile; |
|---|
| 52 | 52 | | (C) the Academy of Country Music; |
|---|
| 53 | 53 | | (D) the National Cutting Horse Association; or |
|---|
| 54 | 54 | | (E) the Republican National Committee or the |
|---|
| 55 | 55 | | Democratic National Committee. |
|---|
| 56 | 56 | | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect immediately if it receives |
|---|
| 57 | 57 | | a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as |
|---|
| 58 | 58 | | provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. If this |
|---|
| 59 | 59 | | Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this |
|---|
| 60 | 60 | | Act takes effect September 1, 2015. |
