| 9 | 9 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | |
| 10 | 10 | SECTION 1. Subchapter C, Chapter 81, Natural Resources | |
| 11 | 11 | Code, is amended by adding Section 81.072 to read as follows: | |
| 12 | 12 | Sec. 81.072. ENFORCEMENT INFORMATION. (a) The commission | |
| 13 | 13 | shall post on the commission's Internet website comprehensive | |
| 14 | 14 | information regarding the commission's enforcement of this title | |
| 15 | 15 | and rules, orders, licenses, permits, and certificates issued under | |
| 16 | 16 | this title, including information regarding: | |
| 17 | 17 | (1) complaints filed; | |
| 18 | 18 | (2) inspections conducted; | |
| 19 | 19 | (3) violations found to have occurred; and | |
| 20 | 20 | (4) enforcement actions taken, including penalties | |
| 21 | 21 | assessed and collected. | |
| 22 | 22 | (b) Information required to be posted under this section | |
| 23 | 23 | must be: | |
| 24 | 24 | (1) in a searchable format; | |
| 25 | 25 | (2) organized by operator and by well, if applicable; | |
| 26 | 26 | and | |
| 27 | 27 | (3) capable of being downloaded in bulk. | |
| 28 | 28 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2015. |
