This bill would amend the Water Code relating to the revocation of certain water utilities' certificate of public convenience and necessity for major rules violations. Based on information provided by the Public Utility Commission, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
