1919 AN ACT
2020 relating to time credits awarded against the cumulative period of
2121 commitment or treatment of certain defendants determined to be
2222 incompetent to stand trial.
2323 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
2424 SECTION 1. Article 46B.0095(d), Code of Criminal Procedure,
2525 as added by Chapter 822 (H.B. 2725), Acts of the 82nd Legislature,
2626 Regular Session, 2011, is repealed.
2727 SECTION 2. The change in law made by this Act applies only
2828 to a defendant with respect to whom any proceeding under Chapter
2929 46B, Code of Criminal Procedure, is conducted on or after the
3030 effective date of this Act.
3131 SECTION 3. This Act takes effect September 1, 2015.
