| 25 | 25 | | as added by Chapter 822 (H.B. 2725), Acts of the 82nd Legislature, |

| 26 | 26 | | Regular Session, 2011, is repealed. |

| 27 | 27 | | SECTION 2. The change in law made by this Act applies only |

| 28 | 28 | | to a defendant with respect to whom any proceeding under Chapter |
|---|
| 29 | 29 | | 46B, Code of Criminal Procedure, is conducted on or after the |
|---|
| 30 | 30 | | effective date of this Act. |
