| 13 | 13 | status causes a hardship for the voter that prevents the voter from | |
| 14 | 14 | appearing at the polling place on election day without causing a | |
| 15 | 15 | disruption in the operations of the voter's employer. | |
| 16 | 16 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2015. |
