| 12 | 12 | Sec. 472.036. POLICY BOARD MEMBER VOTING ELIGIBILITY IN | |
| 13 | 13 | CERTAIN COUNTIES. To be eligible to be a voting member of a | |
| 14 | 14 | metropolitan planning organization policy board that serves a | |
| 15 | 15 | county with a population of more than 1.7 million and in which more | |
| 16 | 16 | than 75 percent of the population resides in a single municipality, | |
| 17 | 17 | a member must be an elected official or a member of the board of a | |
| 18 | 18 | metropolitan rapid transit authority under Chapter 451. | |
| 19 | 19 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2015. |
