The bill relates to the development and alignment by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board of curricula for certain educational programs. This analysis assumes that any costs for the Higher Education Coordinating Board, Texas Education Agency, Texas Workforce Commission, and institutions of higher education to implement the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within current resources. Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
