                    LEGISLATIVE BUDGET BOARD    Austin, Texas      FISCAL NOTE, 84TH LEGISLATIVE REGULAR SESSION            March 30, 2015      TO: Honorable Joseph Pickett, Chair, House Committee on Transportation      FROM: Ursula Parks, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB2708 by Coleman (Relating to the qualifications for teaching a driver education course.), As Introduced    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend the Transportation Code to revise a qualification requirement for teaching a driver education course. It is assumed any costs associated with implementing the bill could be absorbed within current resources. The bill would take effect immediately upon a two-thirds vote of all members of both chambers. Otherwise, the bill would take effect September 1, 2015.
