| 11 | 11 | | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |

| 12 | 12 | | SECTION 1. Section 85.062, Election Code, is amended by |

| 13 | 13 | | adding Subsection (c-1) to read as follows: |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | (c-1) The location of a movable polling place established |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | under this section may be changed only after the polling place has |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | been open for at least two days of voting at its current location. |

| 17 | 17 | | SECTION 2. Subchapter C, Chapter 85, Election Code, is |

| 18 | 18 | | amended by adding Section 85.0651 to read as follows: |

| 19 | 19 | | Sec. 85.0651. HOURS FOR VOTING: MOVABLE TEMPORARY BRANCH. |

| 20 | 20 | | Notwithstanding Sections 85.064 and 85.065, early voting by |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | personal appearance at a movable temporary branch polling place |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | established under Section 85.062 shall be conducted for at least |

| 23 | 23 | | eight hours on each day voting is conducted. |

| 24 | 24 | | SECTION 3. This Act takes effect September 1, 2015. |
