96 relating to the production of public information under the public
107 information law.
118 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
12- SECTION 1. Section 552.221, Government Code, is amended by
13- adding Subsection (b-1) to read as follows:
14- (b-1) In addition to the methods of production described by
15- Subsection (b), an officer for public information complies with
16- Subsection (a) by referring a requestor to an exact Internet
17- location or uniform resource locator (URL) address on a website
18- that at the time of the referral is accessible to the public if the
19- requested information is identifiable and readily available on that
20- website.
21- SECTION 2. Section 182.052, Utilities Code, is amended by
