10 | 10 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | |
11 | 11 | SECTION 1. Subchapter D, Chapter 504, Transportation Code, | |
12 | 12 | is amended by adding Section 504.320 to read as follows: | |
13 | 13 | Sec. 504.320. EXPLOSIVE ORDNANCE DISPOSAL. The department | |
14 | 14 | shall issue specialty license plates for persons who serve or have | |
15 | 15 | served in the United States armed services as an Explosive Ordnance | |
16 | 16 | Disposal technician or specialist. The license plates must include | |
17 | 17 | the Explosive Ordnance Disposal emblem and must include the words | |
18 | 18 | "Explosive Ordnance Disposal" at the bottom of each plate. | |
19 | 19 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2015. |
