                    LEGISLATIVE BUDGET BOARD    Austin, Texas      FISCAL NOTE, 84TH LEGISLATIVE REGULAR SESSION            April 10, 2015      TO: Honorable Wayne Smith, Chair, House Committee on Licensing & Administrative Procedures      FROM: Ursula Parks, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB3368 by Thompson, Senfronia (Relating to the hours during which a holder of a retail dealer's on-premise late hours license may sell beer.), As Introduced    No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code as it relates to the hours during which a holder of a retail dealer's on-premise late hours license may sell beer. The bill indicates the amendment is intended to clarify rather than change existing law. The bill would take effect immediately upon receiving a two-thirds majority vote in each house, otherwise the bill would take effect September 1, 2015.
