| 11 | 11 | | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |

| 12 | 12 | | SECTION 1. Subchapter D, Chapter 472, Transportation Code, |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | is amended by adding Section 472.036 to read as follows: |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | Sec. 472.036. ONLINE ACCESS TO POLICY BOARD MEETINGS. (a) |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | A policy board shall broadcast each open meeting of the policy board |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | on the policy board's Internet website in the manner prescribed by |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | Section 551.128, Government Code. The policy board shall make |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | available through the policy board's Internet website archived |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | video and audio for each open meeting broadcast under this section. |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | (b) The policy board shall post the minutes of each open |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | meeting on the policy board's Internet website not later than 10 |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | days after the date the policy board approves the minutes. |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect January 1, 2016. |
