The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to providing certain persons with a form notifying the voter registrar of a death. Based on information provided by the Funeral Service Commission and the Secretary of State, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.  Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
