| 12 | 12 | Sec. 72.032. RECORDING OF CERTAIN COURT PROCEEDINGS. (a) | |
| 13 | 13 | The Supreme Court and the Court of Criminal Appeals shall make a | |
| 14 | 14 | video recording or other electronic visual and audio recording of | |
| 15 | 15 | each oral argument, and public meeting of the court and post the | |
| 16 | 16 | recording on the court's Internet website. | |
| 17 | 17 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2015. |
