| 11 | 11 | (c) "Qualified disabled veteran" means a veteran with a | |
| 12 | 12 | service connected disability, as defined by the United States | |
| 13 | 13 | Department of Veterans Affairs [Veterans' Administration], | |
| 14 | 14 | consisting of the loss of the use of a lower extremity or of a | |
| 15 | 15 | disability rating of 50 [60] | |
| 16 | 16 | percent or more and who is receiving | |
| 17 | 17 | compensation from the United States for the disability. | |
| 18 | 18 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2015. |
