| 10 | 10 | SECTION 1. Section 25.0451(a), Government Code, is amended | |
| 11 | 11 | to read as follows: | |
| 12 | 12 | (a) Collin County has the following statutory county | |
| 13 | 13 | courts: | |
| 14 | 14 | (1) County Court at Law No. 1 of Collin County; | |
| 15 | 15 | (2) County Court at Law No. 2 of Collin County; | |
| 16 | 16 | (3) County Court at Law No. 3 of Collin County; | |
| 17 | 17 | (4) County Court at Law No. 4 of Collin County; | |
| 18 | 18 | (5) County Court at Law No. 5 of Collin County; [and] | |
| 19 | 19 | (6) County Court at Law No. 6 of Collin County; and | |
| 20 | 20 | (7) County Court at Law No. 7 of Collin County. | |
| 21 | 21 | SECTION 2. The County Court at Law No. 7 of Collin County is | |
| 22 | 22 | created on the effective date of this Act. | |
| 23 | 23 | SECTION 3. This Act takes effect September 1, 2015. |
