11	4		AN ACT
12	5		relating to the board of directors of the Fulshear Town Center
13	6		Management District.
14	7		BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
15	8		SECTION 1. (a) On the effective date of this Act, the board
16	9		of directors of the Fulshear Town Center Management District
17	10		established under Chapter 3903, Special District Local Laws Code,
18	11		is dissolved.
19	12		(b) On the effective date of this Act, the board of
20	13		directors of the Fulshear Town Center Management District is
21	14		reconstituted and is composed of the following directors:

27	20		5 Gabby Tassin
28	21		(c) The terms of the directors appointed under Subsection
29	22		(b) of this section expire June 1, 2016.
30	23		(d) Of the directors who replace a director appointed under
31	24		Subsection (b) of this section, the terms of directors serving in
32	25		positions 1, 2, and 3 expire June 1, 2018, and the terms of
33	26		directors serving in positions 4 and 5 expire June 1, 2020.
34	27		(e) Section 3903.052, Special District Local Laws Code,
35	28		does not apply to this section.
36	29		SECTION 2. Section 3903.061, Special District Local Laws
37	30		Code, is repealed.
38	31		SECTION 3. (a) The legal notice of the intention to
39	32		introduce this Act, setting forth the general substance of this
40	33		Act, has been published as provided by law, and the notice and a
41	34		copy of this Act have been furnished to all persons, agencies,
42	35		officials, or entities to which they are required to be furnished
43	36		under Section 59, Article XVI, Texas Constitution, and Chapter 313,
44	37		Government Code.
45	38		(b) The governor, one of the required recipients, has
46	39		submitted the notice and Act to the Texas Commission on
47	40		Environmental Quality.
48	41		(c) The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality has filed
49	42		its recommendations relating to this Act with the governor, the
50	43		lieutenant governor, and the speaker of the house of
51	44		representatives within the required time.
52	45		(d) All requirements of the constitution and laws of this
53	46		state and the rules and procedures of the legislature with respect
54	47		to the notice, introduction, and passage of this Act are fulfilled
55	48		and accomplished.
56	49		SECTION 4. This Act takes effect immediately if it receives
57	50		a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as
58	51		provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. If this
59	52		Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this
60	53		Act takes effect September 1, 2015.
