114 AN ACT
125 relating to the board of directors of the Fulshear Town Center
136 Management District.
147 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
158 SECTION 1. (a) On the effective date of this Act, the board
169 of directors of the Fulshear Town Center Management District
1710 established under Chapter 3903, Special District Local Laws Code,
1811 is dissolved.
1912 (b) On the effective date of this Act, the board of
2013 directors of the Fulshear Town Center Management District is
2114 reconstituted and is composed of the following directors:

2821 (c) The terms of the directors appointed under Subsection
2922 (b) of this section expire June 1, 2016.
3023 (d) Of the directors who replace a director appointed under
3124 Subsection (b) of this section, the terms of directors serving in
3225 positions 1, 2, and 3 expire June 1, 2018, and the terms of
3326 directors serving in positions 4 and 5 expire June 1, 2020.
3427 (e) Section 3903.052, Special District Local Laws Code,
3528 does not apply to this section.
3629 SECTION 2. Section 3903.061, Special District Local Laws
3730 Code, is repealed.
3831 SECTION 3. (a) The legal notice of the intention to
3932 introduce this Act, setting forth the general substance of this
4033 Act, has been published as provided by law, and the notice and a
4134 copy of this Act have been furnished to all persons, agencies,
4235 officials, or entities to which they are required to be furnished
4336 under Section 59, Article XVI, Texas Constitution, and Chapter 313,
4437 Government Code.
4538 (b) The governor, one of the required recipients, has
4639 submitted the notice and Act to the Texas Commission on
4740 Environmental Quality.
4841 (c) The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality has filed
4942 its recommendations relating to this Act with the governor, the
5043 lieutenant governor, and the speaker of the house of
5144 representatives within the required time.
5245 (d) All requirements of the constitution and laws of this
5346 state and the rules and procedures of the legislature with respect
5447 to the notice, introduction, and passage of this Act are fulfilled
5548 and accomplished.
5649 SECTION 4. This Act takes effect immediately if it receives
5750 a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as
5851 provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. If this
5952 Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this
6053 Act takes effect September 1, 2015.
