| 13 | 13 | Sec. 31.013. AVAILABILITY OF FEDERALLY DERIVED INFORMATION | |
| 14 | 14 | REGARDING VOTER REGISTRATION. The secretary of state shall compile | |
| 15 | 15 | by county and post on the secretary's Internet website, in a | |
| 16 | 16 | searchable format, data derived from the information regarding | |
| 17 | 17 | voter registration reported by the Election Assistance Commission | |
| 18 | 18 | to Congress. The secretary of state shall adopt rules to implement | |
| 19 | 19 | this section. | |
| 20 | 20 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2015. |
