                    LEGISLATIVE BUDGET BOARD    Austin, Texas      FISCAL NOTE, 84TH LEGISLATIVE REGULAR SESSION            March 9, 2015      TO: Honorable Joseph Pickett, Chair, House Committee on Transportation      FROM: Ursula Parks, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB792 by Clardy (Relating to the issuance of specialty license plates for antique buses.), As Introduced    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend Section 504.502, Transportation Code, relating to certain exhibition vehicles, to require the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) to issue "Antique Bus" specialty license plates. Based on the analysis of the DMV, it is assumed the provisions of the bill would not have a significant effect on the state's cash flow and any costs or duties associated implementing the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within the agency's existing resources.
