The bill would amend various codes relating to a license holder carrying a concealed handgun on certain premises. This analysis assumes that any costs associated with the provisions of the bill can be absorbed within current agency resources. This analysis assumes the provisions of the bill would not result in a significant impact on state correctional agencies. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
