The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code relating to the sale of alcoholic beverages to customers of a package store after the designated end of the hours of legal sale. The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission has determined that the bill would not result in a significant fiscal impact to the State. The bill would take effect immediately, or, if the bill does not receive the necessary vote, September 1, 2015.
