The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code relating to the sale of alcoholic beverages to customers of a package store after the designated end of the hours of legal sale. The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) has determined that this provision of the bill would not result in a significant fiscal impact to the State.The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code relating to sale limitations of certaindistilled spirit products as specified in the bill. TABC indicates the bill would have no fiscal cost impact on TABC.
