| 14 | 8 | | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |

| 15 | 9 | | SECTION 1. Section 105.006, Family Code, is amended by |
|---|
| 16 | 10 | | adding Subsection (e-2) to read as follows: |
|---|
| 17 | 11 | | (e-2) An order in a suit that orders child support must |
|---|
| 18 | 12 | | contain the following prominently displayed statement in boldfaced |
|---|
| 19 | 13 | | type, in capital letters, or underlined: |
|---|
| 20 | 14 | | "THE COURT MAY MODIFY THIS ORDER THAT PROVIDES FOR THE |
|---|
| 21 | 15 | | SUPPORT OF A CHILD, IF: |
|---|
| 22 | 16 | | (1) THE CIRCUMSTANCES OF THE CHILD OR A PERSON |
|---|
| 23 | 17 | | AFFECTED BY THE ORDER HAVE MATERIALLY AND SUBSTANTIALLY CHANGED; OR |
|---|
| 24 | 18 | | (2) IT HAS BEEN THREE YEARS SINCE THE ORDER WAS |
|---|
| 25 | 19 | | RENDERED OR LAST MODIFIED AND THE MONTHLY AMOUNT OF THE CHILD |
