| 13 | 7 | | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |

| 14 | 8 | | SECTION 1. Section 2301.476(h), Occupations Code, is |
|---|
| 15 | 9 | | amended to read as follows: |
|---|
| 16 | 10 | | (h) A person who on June 7, 1995, held both a motor home |
|---|
| 17 | 11 | | manufacturer's license and a motor home dealer's license issued |
|---|
| 18 | 12 | | under this chapter may: |
|---|
| 19 | 13 | | (1) [continue to] hold: |
|---|
| 20 | 14 | | (A) a motor home manufacturer's license; |
|---|
| 21 | 15 | | (B) a general distinguishing number issued under |
|---|
| 22 | 16 | | Chapter 503, Transportation Code; and |
|---|
| 23 | 17 | | (C) not more than two franchised dealer's |
|---|
| 24 | 18 | | licenses [both licenses]; and |
|---|
| 25 | 19 | | (2) operate as both a manufacturer and dealer of motor |
|---|
| 26 | 20 | | homes but of no other type of vehicle. |
|---|
| 27 | 21 | | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect immediately if it receives |
|---|
| 28 | 22 | | a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as |
|---|
| 29 | 23 | | provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. If this |
|---|
| 30 | 24 | | Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this |
|---|
| 31 | 25 | | Act takes effect September 1, 2015. |
