                    LEGISLATIVE BUDGET BOARD    Austin, Texas      FISCAL NOTE, 84TH LEGISLATIVE REGULAR SESSION            March 28, 2015      TO: Honorable Richard Peña Raymond, Chair, House Committee on Human Services      FROM: Ursula Parks, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB873 by Sanford (Relating to the publication of certain information regarding the vocational rehabilitation program on the Internet.), As Introduced    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend the Human Resources Code to require that both the Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services (DARS) and the Health and Human Services Commission publish information on their websites relating to the success of the DARS vocational rehabilitation program. Both agencies indicate that implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished within existing resources. Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
