| 11 | 9 | | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |

| 12 | 10 | | SECTION 1. Subchapter B, Chapter 117, Human Resources Code, |
|---|
| 13 | 11 | | is amended by adding Section 117.0285 to read as follows: |
|---|
| 14 | 12 | | Sec. 117.0285. PUBLIC SHARING AND WEBSITES. (a) In this |
|---|
| 15 | 13 | | section, "vocational rehabilitation program" has the meaning |
|---|
| 16 | 14 | | assigned by Section 111.002. |
|---|
| 17 | 15 | | (b) The department and the commission shall publish |
|---|
| 18 | 16 | | information regarding the success of the vocational rehabilitation |
|---|
| 19 | 17 | | program on the respective agencies' Internet websites. |
|---|
| 20 | 18 | | (c) A video published on the department's Internet website, |
|---|
| 21 | 19 | | including the department's Division for Rehabilitation Services' |
|---|
| 22 | 20 | | vocational rehabilitation orientation video, must be accessible |
|---|
| 23 | 21 | | through video streaming platforms that are compatible with common |
|---|
| 24 | 22 | | operating systems for electronic devices, including personal |
|---|
| 25 | 23 | | computers, tablet computers, wireless communication devices, and |
|---|
| 26 | 24 | | other portable electronic devices. The department shall consult |
|---|
| 27 | 25 | | with the Department of Information Resources to determine the video |
|---|
| 28 | 26 | | streaming platforms to be used by the department to comply with this |
|---|
| 29 | 27 | | subsection. |
|---|
| 30 | 28 | | (d) The executive commissioner may adopt rules necessary to |
|---|
| 31 | 29 | | implement this section. |
|---|
| 32 | 30 | | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect immediately if it receives |
|---|
| 33 | 31 | | a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as |
|---|
| 34 | 32 | | provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. If this |
|---|
| 35 | 33 | | Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this |
|---|
| 36 | 34 | | Act takes effect September 1, 2015. |
