H.C.R. No. 143
HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, House Bill No. 32 has been adopted by the house of
representatives and the senate and is being prepared for
enrollment; and
WHEREAS, The bill contains a technical error that should be
corrected; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED by the 84th Legislature of the State of Texas, That
the enrolling clerk of the house of representatives be instructed
to correct House Bill No. 32, in SECTION 1(a) of the bill, by
striking "Franchise Tax Repeal Act of 2015" and substituting
"Franchise Tax Reduction Act of 2015".
