H.R. No. 1161
R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Janie Gonzalez was honored with an Outstanding
Employee Award from the Behavioral Health Center of Nueces County
on February 25, 2015; and
WHEREAS, Established in 1969, the Behavioral Health Center
provides services to area residents who struggle with mental
illness and/or intellectual and developmental difficulties; in
times of need, citizens of Nueces County have a trusted place to
which they can turn, thanks to the commitment to excellence
demonstrated by the center's staff and team of medical specialists;
and
WHEREAS, Ms. Gonzalez has been with BHCNC since September 3,
1991; as a clerk IV in the human resources department, she promotes
an encouraging work environment and helps organize events held at
the facility; she serves on a variety of committees, and her
reliability and positive attitude make her a great asset to the
organization and to her associates; and
WHEREAS, The Behavioral Health Center benefits immensely
from the efforts of Janie Gonzalez, and it is a pleasure to join in
honoring her for her dedicated service; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas
Legislature hereby congratulate Janie Gonzalez on earning an
Outstanding Employee Award from the Behavioral Health Center of
Nueces County and extend to her sincere best wishes for continued
success; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Ms. Gonzalez as an expression of high regard by the
Texas House of Representatives.
