| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, Born and raised in Nacogdoches, Mr. Belt graduated |

| 10 | 11 | | from Hudson High School, where he was a standout on the Hornets |

| 11 | 12 | | baseball squad; he played one season at San Jacinto College before |

| 12 | 13 | | transferring to The University of Texas at Austin, and he excelled |

| 13 | 14 | | for the Longhorns over the course of two years, earning |

| 14 | 15 | | all-conference honors and helping the team to qualify for the 2009 |
