| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, Amina weighed 6 pounds, 14 ounces, and measured 19 |

| 10 | 11 | | inches in length when she made her debut at 4:40 p.m.; and |

| 11 | 12 | | WHEREAS, The birth of their first-born child has profoundly |

| 12 | 13 | | deepened the relationship of Tanisha Ronnique Boyer and Angel |
