 R E S O L U T I O N
 WHEREAS, Mission Nursing and Rehabilitation Center has
 earned tier two designation as part of the American Health Care
 Association/National Center for Assisted Living Quality
 Initiative; and
 WHEREAS, Established by the AHCA/NCAL to encourage
 improvements in care provided by nursing centers and assisted
 living communities, the initiative challenges health care
 facilities to work toward four specific quality goals; centers that
 achieved one or more of these goals were honored at the 7th Annual
 Quality Symposium, held February 23 to 25, 2015, in Austin; and
 WHEREAS, Staff and medical professionals at Mission Nursing
 and Rehabilitation Center earned recognition for safely reducing
 hospital readmissions and the off-label use of antipsychotics by at
 least 15 percent; and
 WHEREAS, Mission Nursing and Rehabilitation Center provides
 important services to patients and their families, and its
 exemplary record of achievement and dedication to continued
 improvement are indeed deserving of special praise; now, therefore,
 be it
 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas
 Legislature hereby congratulate Mission Nursing and Rehabilitation
 Center on earning recognition as part of the AHCA/NCAL Quality
 Initiative and extend to all involved with the center sincere best
 wishes for continued success; and, be it further
 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
 prepared for the center as an expression of high regard by the Texas
 House of Representatives.
