| 12 | 13 | | facilities to work toward four specific quality goals; centers that |

| 13 | 14 | | achieved one or more of these goals were honored at the 7th Annual |

| 14 | 15 | | Quality Symposium, held February 23 to 25, 2015, in Austin; and |

| 15 | 16 | | WHEREAS, Staff and medical professionals at Mission Nursing |

| 16 | 17 | | and Rehabilitation Center earned recognition for safely reducing |

| 17 | 18 | | hospital readmissions and the off-label use of antipsychotics by at |

| 19 | 20 | | WHEREAS, Mission Nursing and Rehabilitation Center provides |
