| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Family and friends were greatly saddened by the loss |

| 6 | 7 | | of Jimmy Wayne Granderson of Robstown on February 26, 2015, at the |

| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Born to James and Gwendolyn Granderson on October |

| 9 | 10 | | 25, 1943, Jimmy Granderson enjoyed a successful career in public |

| 10 | 11 | | service; committed to protecting his fellow citizens, he held a job |

| 11 | 12 | | at the Nueces County Sheriff's Office until his retirement; and |

| 12 | 13 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Granderson found a true companion in his wife, |

| 13 | 14 | | the former Harriet Cliffe, and through the years, their family grew |

| 14 | 15 | | to include four children, James, David, Nicole, and Tonya, and six |
|---|
| 15 | 16 | | grandchildren; and |
|---|
| 16 | 17 | | WHEREAS, Jimmy Granderson touched the lives of many people |

| 17 | 18 | | during his rich and purposeful journey on this earth, and he will |

| 18 | 19 | | forever be remembered with deep affection by all those who held him |

| 19 | 20 | | close in their hearts; now, therefore, be it |
