| 10 | 11 | | WHEREAS, From the Great Depression and World War II to the |

| 12 | 13 | | Mrs. Anderson has lived through an array of historic events and |

| 13 | 14 | | witnessed remarkable changes and marvels since her birth in 1914; |

| 15 | 16 | | WHEREAS, Mrs. Anderson is a source of wisdom and joy to her loved |

| 16 | 17 | | ones, and over the years her family has grown to include her daughter |

| 17 | 18 | | and son-in-law, Nancy Marie and Maxie Allen, as well as 7 grandchildren, |

| 18 | 19 | | 22 great-grandchildren, 44 great-great-grandchildren, and 11 |

| 20 | 21 | | WHEREAS, Mandy Lee Anderson has earned the admiration and |

| 21 | 22 | | affection of countless people over the last century, and she |
