| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Marilyn Sutton has ably served her fellow citizens |

| 7 | 8 | | WHEREAS, Area residents benefit greatly from the dedicated |

| 8 | 9 | | work of municipal staff, whose efforts are helping to make |

| 9 | 10 | | Livingston an even better place in which to live and work; and |

| 10 | 11 | | WHEREAS, Through her skill and commitment to serving the |

| 11 | 12 | | public, Ms. Sutton has contributed immeasurably to her community, |
