| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Patricia Crawford has ably served her fellow |

| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Area residents benefit greatly from the dedicated |

| 10 | 11 | | Livingston an even better place in which to live and work; and |

| 11 | 12 | | WHEREAS, Through her skill and commitment to serving the |

| 12 | 13 | | public, Ms. Crawford has contributed immeasurably to her |
