| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, Yolanda Flores, a teacher at South Middle School, |

| 10 | 11 | | brings to her duties the invaluable skills and experience she has |

| 11 | 12 | | gained over a career that has spanned 40 years; and |

| 12 | 13 | | WHEREAS, Providing for the diverse needs of tomorrow's |
