No. 1356 R E S O L U T I O N WHEREAS, Everyone who works for a school has a part to play in giving children a better start in life, and those individuals who devote themselves to this vital endeavor are helping to ensure that the future of the Lone Star State rests in capable hands; and WHEREAS, Eva Sandoval, a principal at Lincoln Elementary School, brings to her duties the invaluable skills and experience she has gained over a career that has spanned 40 years; and WHEREAS, Providing for the diverse needs of tomorrow's leaders is an undertaking of paramount importance, and Ms. Sandoval embodies the spirit of service that is an integral part of the educational mission of the Edinburg Consolidated Independent School District; and WHEREAS, Through her outstanding efforts, this caring individual has set an inspiring example of hard work and dedication, and she is indeed deserving of recognition; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas Legislature hereby honor Eva Sandoval for her contributions to the Edinburg Consolidated Independent School District and extend to her sincere best wishes for the future; and, be it further RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be prepared for Ms. Sandoval as an expression of high regard by the Texas House of Representatives.
