| 8 | 8 | | devote themselves to this vital endeavor are helping to ensure that |

| 9 | 9 | | the future of the Lone Star State rests in capable hands; and |

| 10 | 10 | | WHEREAS, Evangelina Flores, a secretary in the fixed assets |

| 11 | 11 | | department, brings to her duties the invaluable skills and |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | experience she has gained over a career that has spanned 40 years; |

| 14 | 14 | | WHEREAS, Providing for the diverse needs of tomorrow's |
