| 9 | 10 | | June 9, 1947, Roberto Martinez grew up in a large family with 12 |

| 10 | 11 | | siblings; he answered his nation's call to duty as a young man, |

| 11 | 12 | | serving bravely during the Vietnam War; he was honored for his |

| 12 | 13 | | military service with a number of prestigious accolades, including |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | the National Defense Service Medal, the Republic of Vietnam |

| 14 | 15 | | Campaign Medal, the Vietnam Service Medal, and the Republic of |

| 15 | 16 | | Vietnam Cross of Gallantry; and |

| 16 | 17 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Martinez enjoyed nearly two decades of marriage |

| 17 | 18 | | with his wife, Sarah, and he was the proud father of six children, |
