| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Mary Alice Foster has received a 2015 Frist |

| 6 | 7 | | Humanitarian Award from St. David's Georgetown Hospital, and this |

| 7 | 8 | | presents a fitting opportunity to recognize her for her notable |

| 8 | 9 | | accomplishments; and |

| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, Named for Dr. Thomas Frist Sr., philanthropist and |

| 10 | 11 | | founder of Health Corporation of America, the Frist Humanitarian |

| 11 | 12 | | Award is the highest honor given each year to physicians, |
|---|
| 12 | 13 | | employees, and volunteers in the St. David's HealthCare network; |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | the recipients, who were chosen for their dedication to patients |
|---|
| 14 | 15 | | and to the hospital community, will also be considered for HCA's |
|---|
| 15 | 16 | | national Frist Humanitarian Award; and |
|---|
| 16 | 17 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Foster is a pharmacist at St. David's |

| 17 | 18 | | Georgetown Hospital who regularly goes out of her way to ensure that |

| 18 | 19 | | her patients' needs are met; resourceful, reliable, and cheerful, |

| 19 | 20 | | she is a great asset to the hospital and to her associates; and |

| 20 | 21 | | WHEREAS, Demonstrating exceptional skill and compassion in |

| 21 | 22 | | all her efforts with St. David's HealthCare, Mary Alice Foster has |

| 22 | 23 | | earned the esteem of her peers while making a positive difference in |

| 23 | 24 | | the lives of many Central Texas residents; now, therefore, be it |

| 24 | 25 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas |

| 25 | 26 | | Legislature hereby congratulate Mary Alice Foster on receiving a |
