| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Senior Officer Joshua Clark was named the 2014 |

| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, During the course of his tenure with the department, |

| 9 | 10 | | Senior Officer Clark has distinguished himself as a member of the |

| 10 | 11 | | uniform division, where he helps fight crime in the city's Bravo |

|---|
| 12 | 13 | | WHEREAS, This dedicated public servant has earned the respect |

| 13 | 14 | | and admiration of his fellow officers by demonstrating integrity, a |

| 14 | 15 | | strong work ethic, and a commitment to teamwork in each of his |

| 15 | 16 | | duties; and |

| 16 | 17 | | WHEREAS, Senior Officer Clark has proven himself to be an |
