| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Monty and Mary Rodgers of Van are celebrating their |

| 7 | 8 | | reflect with joy on the rewarding relationship they have shared; |

| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Rodgers exchanged the vows of |

| 10 | 11 | | matrimony in Talco in 1965, and over the course of their marriage, |

| 11 | 12 | | they have found in each other a loving life partner; and |

| 12 | 13 | | WHEREAS, The couple count among their blessings a fine family |

| 13 | 14 | | that includes their children, Amy Pringle and Neill Rodgers, with |

| 14 | 15 | | whom they treasure sharing many special occasions; and |

| 15 | 16 | | WHEREAS, For half a century, Monty and Mary Rodgers have |
