| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Each year, the Burnet chamber recognizes |

| 9 | 10 | | individuals and businesses for their outstanding achievements and |

| 10 | 11 | | for their efforts to benefit the local community; and |
|---|
| 11 | 12 | | WHEREAS, Through her exceptional contributions, Karen Melton |

| 12 | 13 | | has furthered Burnet's reputation as a great place to live, work, |

| 13 | 14 | | and raise a family, and she is indeed deserving of this notable |
