| 12 | 13 | | is determined by a committee of JNEC members, and winners are |

| 15 | 16 | | WHEREAS, The son of Paul Harmon and Gina Harmon-Gray, |

| 16 | 17 | | Mr. Harmon will be afforded the opportunity to enhance his |

| 17 | 18 | | knowledge of electric cooperatives and rural electrification |

| 18 | 19 | | issues over the course of the nine-day tour; moreover, this bright |

| 19 | 20 | | young Texan will also meet with lawmakers to get a better |

| 23 | 24 | | WHEREAS, Andrew Harmon has distinguished himself through his |
